FAQ

Thank you for supporting our cooperative of Portland, San Diego, and Indianapolis based makers/artists/designers! We typically handle sales in-person, so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we finesse this new avenue for us.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via USPS and you will receive your package approximately 2-5 business days from the time of your order. Some items are made-to-order and may require up to 7 days before shipping. Because we are in three different states, some of your order may arrive separately! 
Please ensure your package is going to a secure address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any delays from the USPS. 

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local (within 10 miles) to the artist you are ordering from, we offer free pick-up and in some cases, drop-off.
Simply add a note to your order and that artist will coordinate with you directly! 
When you arrive for a pick-up, please wear a mask. You will not have to come inside, we will ask you your name and hand you your order.
We will do our last pick up day on Wednesday, December 23rd.
There is no onsite shopping, all orders must be made online. 

RETURNS

Due to multi-state shipping and the nature of some of our products, we are unable to offer returns during this month-long period of holiday sales (December 2020).  If you have any issues, broken or damaged items, please email us at cumuluscooperative@gmail.com within 7 days of your order being received and we will do our best to make it right! 

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped.  Keep it handy while your goodies are in transit! If for any reason your package isn't delivered and is returned to us, Cumulus Cooperative is not responsible for second-time shipping costs. Should you need your package resent, please contact cumuluscooperative@gmail.com.
